SUBMISSION PROCESS

welcome, we're glad you wish to submit

This year, to streamline the entry process, we are asking you to fill in the below form and then send your files using either Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer.
We require you to nominate this method in advance so we know where to find your files.

Please ensure that you have named your files correctly and provided them via one of these services so we do not have to follow up at the conclusion of the entry process.

image format + naming

Images must be 4000 px on the long edge.
Saved as JPG Maximum quality.
Embedded Profile: sRGB, Adobe RGB or Grayscale
File name protocol: [yourname]_[category][1-10].jpg

eg FionaHandbury_Sports1.jpg or FionaHandbury_Sports2.jpg

Image submission methods

We can accommodate various image submission methods, but would prefer one of the three below. Please pick the one that suits you and nominate this on the Image Submission form.

Google Drive - Create a folder in your own drive and share to; wpcteamaustralia@outlook.com

Dropbox - Click the link to open our File Request

WeTransfer- (https://wetransfer.com/) Collate and correctly name all your files, zip them together and send using the WeTransfer service to wpcteamaustralia@outlook.com

Image Submission Method

IMAGE SUBMISSIONS

For each image, please list:

File name : [yourname]_[category][1-10].jpg eg; FionaHandbury_Sport.jpg
Whether the image has won an award in any competition - and the competitions name details. If this is left blank, it will be assumed the image has won no awards. eg; Silver Award - Australian Photographic Prize 2024

So in the field, I'd write;
